i heard u have to transmute a 7/40 (or 14/80) stuff for it^^ but don't quote me on that lol

It's random from what slotted item you get it from, but crafted and upgraded items have a higher chance so the notes say. I broke down almost 20 osm bttl db helms that i had saved and didn't get one yet. I already knew it was going to be tough. Just keep trying. It's about as easy as random-ing rate normally (I'd joke and say you're almost better off trying random still)

lie.i heard u have to get full forcy amp set and break all of it so ur random drop is higher and u have more success on getting rate scroll o.o =p

Well, from Cabal Europe its drop only one Crit rate scroll medium in the whole 3 servers. It was medium... and the guy said he transmuted a slotted martial suit tit with crap in slot

BTW where did u read that if we transmute crafted stuff the chances are higher?

Euro's had the update for a shorter time than us though.

Also, people didn't read that, they're just making stuff up as they go.

well if they are talking about of transmute slotted crafted parts and u get 2 scrolls instead of one (if u break normal slotted stuff u get just 1 scroll), i already know it... atm I broke alot of stuff and got 500+ scrolls, thkx to excel im doing a table with scrolls drop rate.
